Is Piece Party free?
Yes. Every puzzle, every piece count and the daily puzzle are free. There is no account and no sign-up.
How many pieces can a puzzle have?
Illustrations and your own photos go from 9 pieces for a quick break up to about 1,000 pieces for a long session. The AI photos go up to 300 pieces, where every piece stays sharp. Big puzzles are easiest on a computer or tablet.
Are the photos real?
No. The photo-style pictures are AI-generated, made for Piece Party. They look like photographs, but they don’t show real places, people or animals. The illustrations are original artwork drawn in code. Each AI picture is marked as AI-generated when you open it.
Can I make a jigsaw puzzle from my own photo?
Yes. Choose Add your photo, or drop a picture onto the page. Your photo stays in your own browser and is not uploaded.
Is there a new puzzle every day?
Yes. The daily puzzle changes at midnight UTC and is the same for everyone. Solve it on consecutive days to build a streak and unlock new tables and piece styles. Missed one? Past dailies are always there to play.
Does my progress save?
Yes. Leave at any time and your puzzle is saved in this browser, so you can pick up exactly where you stopped. My desk shows your streak, calendar and best times.
Does it work on a phone or tablet, or offline?
Yes. Drag pieces up from the tray with your finger, pinch to zoom, and tap a piece to turn it when turned pieces are on. You can add Piece Party to your home screen, and pictures you have played before keep working offline.
